Imagine New Horizon
- The primary mission of the sales representative is to achieve revenue target and growth objectives of his territory. He performs end-to-end customer engagements from OPEN lead to CLOSE, compliant with the DS CRE process and deliver revenue plan.
- For that, he will be accountable to systematically engage in local industry park, industrial association, by value (VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework), positioning and selling to customers how to get the value of our Industry Solution Experiences, Industry Process Experiences and Roles.

What will your role be?
- Sell 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to get customer commitment on a long-term partnership.

- Leverage 3DEXPERIENCE Platform as our favorite channel for intimate clients’ relationships (IFWE LOOP) and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverable.

- Sell on value through assigned Industry Solutions Experiences Industry Process Experiences Roles within a defined territory.

- Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS CRE processes – And consistent with IFWE Loop engagement.

- Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards

- Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others

- Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis in compliance with TARGET process, covering :
- Installed base

- “Supply network” & Ecosystem

- The “like” accounts in main stream manufacturing companies

- The new Core Industry

- Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS

- Promote the 3DS vision and Brand Promise

- Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned

- Use and fulfill “My Client Engagement” according the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date

- Provide an accurate forecast on 6 rolling quarters and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives

- Act as IFWE Loop “Champion” for the business initiatives related communities on demand. < div>< body>< html>
