Areas of Responsibility & brief description
- Overall responsibility of Client Retention and Service delivery as per SLA. Building strong mutually beneficial professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Responsible for overall HR process and policy compliance for the region unit. Keep up to date with legislative changes and review policies and procedures accordingly
- Managing customer feedback through Service Reviews. Use key metrics to challenge and drive continuous improvement in people management processes and overall business effectiveness
- Monitoring employee query management, response tracking system, employee Data Management and quality control
- Monitoring Employee benefits administration, payroll and compliance process. Ensure any benefits or pay concerns are identified and addressed with line managers to ensure satisfactory employee engagement levels are maintained.
- Ensuring that team is motivated to deliver high level employee services
- The role will be responsible for training and monitoring the performance of the other full time HR Administrator in the team
- Contribution to goals of the department through customer satisfaction, service efficiency and cost savings
- Supports & delivers HR projects
- Being proactive in developing, introducing, reviewing and improving HR Administration processes
Education & Training - Masters in Human Resources
Work experience (if adequate) -
12-18 years of overall HR experience and last few years in HR Shared Services or similar set up and preferably, if anyone handled America and Europe Region
- Atleast 4-5 years in similar role level
Expert Knowledge -
Experience in handling HR operations, knowledge of labor laws and international HR practices relevant to the role, payroll management
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office is essential
Others :
- Will be responsible for large regions multiple countries HR Operations
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively< p> ,< pre>< span>< body>< html>
