  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.< li>
  • 6 years of experience in a staffing role or related work. < li>
  • Experience in staffing and the recruiting lifecycle.< li>
  • Experience in building and executing a talent acquisition strategy.

    • Ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements.< li>
    • Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.< li>
    • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations.< li>
    • Ability to solve problems based on due diligence of information and attention to accuracy of detailed information.< li>
    • Effective communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

      Responsibilities

      • Deliver quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by managing time and efforts across hiring projects. < li>
      • Source and attract talent and manage projects, such as creating innovative strategies to locate local talent; assess applications as needed.< li>
      • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seek out responsibilities beyond the job. < li>
      • Keep others apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work cross-functionally, and influencing peers, project leaders, and or managers. < li>
      • Deliver quality results in a timely manner, individually, and through others. Create, steer, and evolve talent acquisition strategy that anticipates business needs, grows in scale, efficiency, and ensures applicant representation.
