The Talent Services team based out of Trivandrum is looking to hire a Screening and Sourcing Senior

Associate to join our team and enhance the value proposition to our stakeholders by proactively

sourcing, screening and engaging qualified candidates.

You will be responsible for CV screening, sourcing and building both active (candidates actively

searching for job opportunities) and passive (not actively looking for job opportunities) talent pipelines

by utilizing diverse sourcing mediums including social media, job boards, data mining techniques

and Taleo.
  • Support the central recruitment team by screening applicants and identifying qualified candidate based on technical criteria, qualifications, and cultural team fit< li>
  • Source high-caliber candidates that meet the required criteria from various sourcing channels including but not limited to external job boards and social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook< li>
  • Build talent pools for each business function through the GigNow pipeline tool< li>
  • Manage multiple sourcing requisition simultaneously whilst also knowing when to prioritize< li>
  • Develop a sound understanding of the individual business lines hiring trends< li>
  • Identify Diversity and Inclusiveness gaps and create a sourcing pipeline strategy to support the Nationalization and Female hiring agendas < li>
  • Research alternative sourcing and pipelining methods and make recommendations to the central recruitment team< li>
  • Serve as a consultant for central recruiters, providing regular communication on recruitment activity< li>
  • Promote EY as the employer of choice and act as a brand ambassador to all potential pipeline candidates by providing regular, relevant, and engaging correspondence< li>
  • Develop a sound understanding of the immigration laws and visa criteria across the MENA region< li>
  • Create and maintain weekly candidate screening, sourcing, and pipeline reports; Present the reports to the central recruitment team

    • Must have a strong client service mindset, detail oriented, a positive team-centric attitude balanced with the ability to work independently< li>
    • General ability to develop & implement strategies and provide strong customer service to internal stakeholders< li>
    • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and exercise a high degree of professionalism through interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required< li>
    • Strong interpersonal skills and communication

      < li> < ul> Skills Requirements:
      < u>< strong>
      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field< li>
      • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in technical or non-technical recruitment< li>
      • Experience in recruitment, preferably for a large multinational firm< li>
      • Experience using any ATS (Taleo preferred), external job portals and social media platforms< li>
      • Excellent oral and written communications skills in the English language< li>
      • Strong work initiative with the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas< li>
      • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills< li>
      • Possess a high degree of personal drive and motivationv< li> < ul> < div>< body>< html>
