We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies, Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, handle backlogs

Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration< li>
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)< li>
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests< li>
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur< li>
  • Help teams implement changes effectively< li>
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint< li>
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
