We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt Sr Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

The Scope Of PCS PMO Function Includes
< u>< strong>
  • Mobilizing the program project; this includes implementation of project management tools and project control processes, procedures and policies< li>
  • Monitoring and control of the program project throughout the project lifecycle< li>
  • Performance reporting and program project governance< li>
  • Project Financial Tracking and Reporting< li>
  • Program project closedown
    < li> < ul> Responsibilities
    < u>< strong>
    • Set up and configure MS Project Server and Project Web Access.< li>
    • Support Work Plan generation.< li>
    • Support Status Report generation.< li>
    • Track actuals on a weekly basis, including timesheet creation, timesheet completion compliance, and timesheet approval compliance.< li>
    • Perform resource reporting such as roll-on, roll-off, overtime, and resource utilization.< li>
    • Monthly Billing< li>
    • Support the resource management, such as demand supply tracker and maintain the team list.< li>
    • Support deliverables management, support deliverable approval process and maintain the deliverables repository.< li>
    • Support Risk and Issue Management
      < li> < ul> Education And Experience

      < u>< strong>Education
      < strong>
      • BSC MSC in Computer Studies Information Systems Software Engineering or any related qualifications.< li>
      • Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance or any related qualifications
        < li> < ul> Work Experience
        < u>< strong>
        • 3-4 years work experience
          < li>< ul> Other Requirements
          < u>< strong>
          • Project and Program Management < li>
          • Work Plan maintenance < li>
          • Metrics and reporting < li>
          • Financial Management < li>
          • Project administration< li>
          • Excellent Oral and written communication< li>
          • Excellent MS Excel< li>
          • Reporting tool and SharePoint Management would be a definite advantage
