Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - Internal Day-to-day responsibilities include: Regression and functionality testing of our software across multiple browsers and devices. Live testing during Production deployments. Identify, troubleshoot and fix the user access issues of our tools, escalate to development team in case of code fix required. Create and maintain robust documentation of testing and troubleshooting and report to the product owners. Administrator role for proprietary applications, manage user access, create customized departments Work closely with automation teams on development of test scripts, execution and bug fixing. Daily interaction with stakeholders on various stages of implementations and updates. Should be available for prompt support and fix of daily errors reported. Create and schedule Analytics reports. Work along with the technical and product team to ensure the quality of tools. Should be up to date with new tools and technologies in trend to work closely with different levels of development teams. Skills Required: Software Testing & Methodologies (Regression, functionality testing. Test Plans, Cases & Process documentation. Automation testing) Identity and access management (RCA, Troubleshooting, bug fixing) Service Now (ticket creation, handling and escalation to L3 and L4) DB knowledge and experience in basic SQL and HTML queries. Knowledge in Agile process and principles Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation skills to actively work with product managers, stakeholders and the development teams. Strong accuracy required Ability to develop documentation and workflows Education: BE/Btech Computer science, BCA graduates with 5-7 years of IT project experience.
