  • This Software Technology Program Manager position, focused on BSP, Security technologies is responsible for program management for managing the planning, development and delivery of software that span across multiple technology areas and product segments for Qualcomm Snapdragon Mobile, Compute, XR VR.< li>
  • Excellent opportunity to work on the latest cutting-edge software,

    < li> < ul>hardware SoC technologies
    • Collaborate with other impacting technology areas such Linux, Modem,

      < li>< ul>Connectivity & Multimedia and Bus
      • Drive requirements scoping, analysis and planning including

        < li>< ul>interdependencies, staffing constraints and schedule optimization

        across multiple tech teams and customer connect
        • Establish clear Plan of Record commitment and drive prioritization< li>
        • Strong technical understanding of SW deliverables and risk

          < li> < ul>management risk mitigation
          • Establish rigorous execution discipline & communications process: risk

            < li>< ul>management, mitigation, tracking, schedule trends vs baseline, recovery

            actions, executive reporting & stakeholder communications
            • Develop program indicators to manage program health including quality

              < li>< ul>and timelines
              • Partner with other functional areas to establish critical processes to

                < li>< ul>support disciplined product development and decision making and to

                ensure quality. Coordination across multiple development sites may be

                • Develop and establish strong processes that streamline the development

                  < li>< ul>cycle and help integrate multiple plans, dependencies, and deliverables

                  • Skills & Experience:< li>
                    • Experience and domain knowledge of Wireless Semiconductors is a must, BSP is an added advantage< li>
                    • 10-15 years (max) of experience in a combination of Software product development and program management in semiconductor wireless industry< li>
                    • Experience with end-to-end product integration< li>
                    • Experience managing software products through entire development life cycle< li>
                    • Educational Requirements:< li>
                    • Required: Bachelor's in Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering< li>
                    • Preferred: Master's in Computer Engineering Computer Science Electrical Engineering Business Administration

                      < li> < ul> Education

                      < u>< strong>Minimum Qualifications

                      < strong>Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Engineering

                      Work Experiences

                      < u>< strong>1+ years working with operating budgets and or project financials, 2+ years Program Management or related work experience.
