About Position Work Experience We’re looking for a Product Excellency Manager to join our team and work with our phenomenal customers along with our Product, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure a phenomenal Customer experience. You should be ready to work in a high energy, crazy-fun, and agile team environment. It’s a fast-paced, with new initiatives popping up quickly and tight deadlines always around the corner. You Should Assist In Growth Of The Company - Curiosity - Ideate and co-ordinate Phenom AI initiatives across products. Gather insights from customer Implementations and convert those into product features and/ or enhancements. Responsibility - Dig into Support tickets, enhancements, and customer requests to understand a pattern and find what it means and not written. Build recommendations based on click stream product usage Data. Find patterns in customer and user usage and suggest tweaks. Intensity - Co-ordinate with engineering and implementation teams on the Sprint deliverables, videos, and more. Train Implementation, Support and other teams on monthly releases. Self- Confidence - Work with Design teams in India and Israel to drive consensus Communicate release notes to different stakeholders, conduct release training, and Customer-facing webinar Experience with Product Marketing, Blog writing, Customer case studies, and more.
