In depth understanding of Agile ways of working, Scrum, Kanban. In depth knowledge and hands on experience in JIRA and confluence. In depth understanding of all Issue types in JIRA and Software projects. Should be able to create, manage and administer all functions of JIRA as required for Agile lead and scrum teams. Create/maintain PODs, Scrum boards and other admin features in JIRA. Create dashboards for stories, tasks and defects. Utilize the dashboards for review, resolving issues and planning releases. In depth understanding of Agile ceremonies and terminologies. In depth understanding of all Agile reports, charts and ability to interpret and present reports to Central Agile Board and business Leads. Lead and co-ordinate Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospective meetings Functional understanding of UK Open banking, UK payment instruments. Functional understanding of API Collaborate with business to maintain continuous backlog and plan work and timelines for releases up to a year in advance. Maintain Sprint, Release reports in confluence. Understanding of performance and security testing Lead defect triage meetings and planning the priority, timelines and solutions of defects. Involved in capacity, resource planning and allocation. Facilitate and host fortnightly end of Sprint demo s to Business Leads and owners. Lead daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies. Work with product owners, business analysts to groom the backlog and plan sprints. Track, escalate and remove impediments.,
