BIOVIA Industry Process Consultant team serves as a primary point of contat to drive the successful introduction, adoption and broad usage of BIOVIA's products within customers and prospect base. We are seeking a Industry Process Consultant (Pre-sales) in CHINA to support the Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA business related to Material Science Life Science Data Science Industry Solution Experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and be looking to further their professional career by leveraging their technical and scientific experience in a commercial business environment..

What will your role be?
- Understand the customer’s operational processes and objectives. Identify their challenges and pain points. Be the trusted advisor to the customer on our solution offerings and how they bring value and improvements to their processes. Be able to strategically position the value of our laboratory informatics offering
- Manage technical and scientific software evaluations, workshops and demonstrations
- Prepare and deliver presentations to business and informatics representatives, from a user to a C-level perspective
- Drive responses regarding Request for Information as well as Request for Proposals (RFI and RFP)
- Close partnership with Sales to co-own and manage pre-sales activities. Formulate strategy for new accounts penetration as well as maintaining existing customers. Build strong customer relationships ensuring customer success.
- Collaborate with Marketing on seminars, trade shows and marketing events and activities. Be the subject matter experts and present in these events.
- Assist with the completion of technical proposals for the customer. Assist Sales and Marketing to review technical documents. Ensure smooth handover and collaborate with Professional Services team after sales.
- Be knowledgeable and up to date on our products and solutions. Familiar with current industry trends, markets and development. Provide timely product and market updates to internal staff and customers. < div>< body>< html>
