Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Shift InCharge - I&L

Responsibilities
< u>< strong>
  • Responsible for timely closing up of Helpdesk, Tracker & Drop Coordinator, as per their duty roister.< li>
  • Address all queries coming on “Wheels Helpdesk ID” via phone mails as 1st Level of an escalation< li>
  • Collate tracking data and share with Shift Manager for further submission to the concerned stakeholders.< li>
  • Ensure entries are made against each live trip to capture No Shows OTA OTD and 1st pick up boarding time< li>
  • Ensure Trips are distributed to the suppliers on due time and recorded in the route distribution register.< li>
  • Ensure that vendor supervisors are present in the designated Tracking Area for all pickup shifts.< li>
  • Face of transport in absence of Site Manager (Transport)< li>
  • Ensure security guards are close up on duty on time< li>
  • Ensure late-night drops happen post due checks on compliance & random Alco-meter checks on drivers & escorts.< li>
  • Special briefing to escorts & drivers on safe & vigilant driving during late-night drops< li>
  • Attending calls on shift cell and provide instant solutions to employees.< li>
  • Mail checking and responding within own shift.< li>
  • Review all pending issues of the previous shift.< li>
  • Monitoring employee visits at Wheels Desk.< li>
  • Monitoring and handling issues like routing, helpdesk, and tracking and reply from own mailbox before shift ends. Matter to be transferred to Shift Manager only if issues are not under control. He will have to mention the reason for not being able to respond.< li>
  • To be available at the Dropping area for major drops to supervise the safe drops timely departure & availability of cabs to users,< li>
  • To personally attend and visit the location for the site of incident accident along with the Compliance Lead in case of emergencies to extend all required support in real-time.< li>
  • To close the shift with proper handing taking over of all open & follow-up items.< li>
  • Ensure that all last female drops are escorted by security guards during Non- S&E hours as per policy guidelines.< li>
  • Inform Highlight to the Shift Manager any issue concern incident reported during the night operations.
