As a Digital Strategy Manager, you will help CEOs and their teams solve their most pressing challenges and think about how digital and technology will change the shape of their business. You will help our clients answer questions such as How will Digital and AI disrupt my business model , How can businesses use data and analytics to create highly-personalised outreach delivered through a seamless omnichannel experience , How can I ship higher quality digital services to my customers faster by using agile and much more. You will help our enterprise customers to create a line of sight between the investment in digital transformation and the tangible and intangible benefits of the transformation. You are paramount to ensuring the digital strategy is shaped in a way that ensures real value is achieved for the customer. You will partner closely with clients to provide tailored approaches, tools, and accelerators to help drive a value-driven board level conversation. As a Digital Strategy Manager, you will lead digital strategy business developments. You will create strong, compelling, and strategic thought papers / recommendations on how digital strategy should be implemented to realise tangible value. You will train and mentor junior members of the practice along the way. You will coordinate with agile cross-disciplinary multi-location teams and are will work with client and internal stakeholders alongside external vendors and consultants. You will work closely with all the teams in the project, coordinate with client stakeholders to resolve issues faced by project teams and establish an environment where they can work efficiently and effectively. You have 7+ years of experience working with any or all of the following; o With a leading strategy consulting firm o In a corporate role focused on technology/digital initiatives o In a tech start-up leadership role; or in a "consulting-like" industry (e.g. digital strategy, digital marketing) o Managing large programs You have a broad skillset and passion for digital & technology You have worked across one or more industry sectors like Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Energy, Telecom and Logistics You possess strong commercial acumen and finance knowledge You bring experience in the concepts of free cash flow, net present value and being comfortable with the development of a business case, definition of value streams and the execution of value-based prioritisation You have a strong grip on project management concepts such as scope and time management, organisational skills, interpersonal skills, decision-making, risk assessment, strategic planning, project lifecycle management, budgeting, performance tracking and financial modelling You have an excellent knowledge of the agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe) and have on-hands experience of Design Thinking You are experienced in agile project management platforms (e.g., Atlassian suite, especially Jira and Confluence) You bring Project Management and SCRUM certifications (preferred but not mandatory) You offer knowledge in lean portfolio management, traditional programme management and familiarity with the full digital project lifecycle You are passionate about, and well versed in, digital technologies You can create strong, compelling, and strategic recommendations on how digital strategy should be implemented to realise the corporate vision You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable working at CXO advisory level You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English You have a degree and a post-graduate degree/diploma (preferred but not mandatory) from a tier 1 institute You are willing to travel outside and within India for short term or long term as per project requirements Infosys Consulting is a mid-size player with an entrepreneurial spirit that works with a market-leading brand for clients across all industries, unleashing the limitless potential of design combined with technology.
