Job Description 70 tactical buyers are supporting both commercial and NTO towers out of Prague NGSC, covering region Europe, Switzerland, Middle East and North Africa... Your responsibilities include but not limited to : To plan and lead SP&I initiatives for a clearly defined sub-category globally OR one category regionally OR all categories in one country OR multiple cross-divisional categories in one country; Contribute to the development of a country/regional SP&I strategy and communicate the distribution of any subcategory specific strategies to the relevant stakeholders. Provide relevant supplier innovation information for the top down target setting process,lead the implementation of sourcing plans for the sub category and deliver subcategory savings targets. Define and measure Key Performance Indicators for specified improvement and innovation initiatives. Lead improvement and innovation activities and initiatives, coordinating Procurement,business and supplier stakeholders as required. Apply improvement and innovation techniques, such as Lean Six Sigma, to support activities with suppliers. Manage the negotiation of agreements, including innovation standard clauses, and lead the establishment of contracts to decrease total cost with specified quality and service levels while guaranteeing supply security, and ensure that savings are tracked according to group guidelines ($25-$100m). Manage the performance and talent development of direct reports and contribute to talent development of indirect reports (Direct reports 5 -10 or indirect reports up to 30).
