Position Summary:- Responsible for the collation of fixed and variable payroll data and the completion of Flexiforms for a number of legal entities in EMEA. Tasks also include the timely distributions of payroll data to payroll services provider/s. Post commit duties include the distribution of reports, document storage for audit. This position offers the successful candidate multi-national payroll experience working for a leading Global company. Job Description:- Primary Duties / Responsibilities:- Able to follow EMEA payroll processes or practices Assists the timely generation of legal entity payroll/s by receiving and collating payroll information and changes (as provided by HR / Finance / External Vendors) Accurate data entry into Payroll Vendor Flexiforms Timely distribution of Post Commit Reports to Finance Manage queries effectively from internal customers Save documents into company Sharepoint site. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):- Strong PC, Excel and System skills and experience Attention to Detail, Accurate Data Entry Skills Good Time Management Good verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory) Ability to interact effectively with peers and management (team player) Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidential information.
