Oracle cloud SCM Functional(Senior)

< strong>Job purpose
< strong>
  • Lead solution and development teams for configuration, customization and integration of ERP modules.< li>
  • Analysing business goals, capturing business requirements, creating detailed designs and ensuring processes developed will meet business needs in dynamic and fluid environment within the client’s business and technology landscape.

    < li> < ul> Client Responsibilities
    < strong>
    • Translate business requirements into ERP functional and configuration requirements< li>
    • Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for SCM technology solutions< li>
    • Provide hands on functional knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role< li>
    • Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment and lead consultants in various project work streams< li>
    • Ensure collaborative and proactive approach on improving quality, allying best practices and standards< li>
    • Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development< li>
    • Collaborate with all stakeholders including the client, onshore team and the business to deliver requirement features

      < li> < ul> People Responsibilities
      < strong>
      • Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members< li>
      • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines< li>
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem skills< li>
      • Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly< li>

      • Ability to follow well defined release management processes< li>
      • Ability to multi task and still stay focused on release priorities

        < li> < ul> Key Skills
        < strong>
        • B.E B.Tech M.Tech MCA MBA in a related field, or equivalent experience< li>
        • 6-10 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP SCM with at least 2-3 years of experience in Fusion SCM.< li>
        • Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementation of Oracle cloud projects.< li>
        • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Modules like Procurement (Oracle Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts), Inventory, Order Management and Products Hub.< li>
        • Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience.< li>
        • Good exposure in handling integrations and data conversion activities.< li>
        • Experience in solution design and drafting functional specs and driving the solution.< li>
        • Expert in preparation of configuration workbooks, users’ manuals, design document, test scripts etc.< li>
        • Having Certification on any Oracle Technology is an added advantage
