Job Summary: This individual will work closely with the UKI Center for board matters team to research and obtain Board data, manage and maintain database/dashboards and other adhoc activities. Ensure optimal productivity, time saving ideas and necessary training, as appropriate. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize. Essential Functions of the Job: Board members database management – update and maintain the database Research - Identify Board members through research using external sources, internal CRM tools and open source tools Data reporting and insights Provide inputs for standardization Communication – Content management and allied support, newsletters & support in driving campaigns Managing communications channels including social media, intranet sites (ey.com, SharePoint) and events Managing inbox communications and registration validations Proven capability to translate the business agenda into high-quality, audience-centric communications – including documenting and providing quantitative and qualitative inputs Play role in strategic plan and execution, moving towards pull strategy Teaming across divisions and time zones Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Project coordination – Excellent project coordination skills Relationship mapping /Research expertise Minimal direction/supervision - Accountable with complete end to end ownership Presentation and facilitation skills - Ability to interpret, create and deliver for meetings Multi-tasking capability - Effective time management and prioritization Excellent Communication - Listening, reading, writing & speaking skills MS Office skills: Expert level experience in Excel reporting & PowerPoint. Strategic thinking - Identifying risk/opportunity areas and highlighting them, thinking ahead of the curve, ability to forecast outcomes to a situation & suggest appropriate solutions. Reporting and Analytical skills - Ability to understand and sanitize the data, build reports/dashboards from data, automate reports Collaborate virtually (with geographically disbursed stakeholders) Quick learner - Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process, objectives / intricacies of projects and quickly move to delivery mode Attention to detail - Making sure the deliverables are error free, giving utmost importance to detailing, formatting & following EY prescribed guidelines. Adaptability - Understand needs and be able to align expectations with the customer Solution oriented - Ability to focus on solutions in case of ambiguity /uncertainties and not stuck with the problem Right attitude, interest to learn new things, capability to work under pressure, think out of the box.
