We are currently seeking a Network Security Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
  • The resource would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment.< li>
  • Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment.< li>
  • Will provide technical escalation to L1 support engineers< li>
  • Provide Oncall support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment< li>
  • Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure.< li>
  • Act as point of escalation for the Network Security team and collaborate with internal Dell services support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.< li>
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met. < li>
  • Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation.< li>
  • Provide resolution plans for device issues.< li>
  • Propose service, process and technical improvements to management.
