We are seeking experienced system engineers for our cutting edge efforts in the performance modeling evaluation and architecture of our multimedia hardware. Successful candidates will be part of a systems and R&D team that develops embedded camera and imaging solutions, video codec hardware as well as advanced algorithms for computer vision and image video processing. Responsibilities : The job responsibilities may include a subset of the following:< li>
  • Designing and maintaining transaction accurate static models for multimedia IPs< li>
  • Performance validation and debugging performance issues in pre post silicon platforms< li>
  • Architecture analysis for performance optimization< li>
  • Defining use-case flows for multi-media U Cs< li>
  • Understanding product features and their impact on system performance< li>
  • Working with the product marketing to come up with best possible feature support available at given system configurations< li>
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.< li>
  • 2+ years Systems Engineering or related work experience.

    < li> < ul>Skills Experience : Candidates with strong analytic and problem solving skills with background and experience in implementation are preferred. Candidates should have expertise in the following areas: Must:
    • Knowledge of mobile multimedia flows,< li>
    • Strong understanding of SoC infrastructure (NoC, Memory controller, DDR, QoS, MMU)< li>
    • Strong systems mindset to understand and analyze all aspects of a design (power performance area architecture)< li>
    • Good understanding of NoC protocols< li>
    • Experience in debugging system performance issues on pre post silicon platforms< li>
    • Strong programming skills and working experience in C C++, SystemC, python< li>
    • Strong background in performance modeling verification Preferred:< li>
    • IP HW architecture experience< li>
