Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Order to Cash Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities Assist the Collections Manager in managing a team who will also perform collections/dispute resolution. Responsible in working account – collections/disputes Communicates internally and with the client on any issues related to the Receivables Handle problem/complaint calls & emails from client and/or customers Create & maintains SOPs for processes Train & supervise staff on various accounts receivable activities Prepares, reviews and analyzes accounts receivable aging to provide “root cause analysis Revises & refines procedures to minimize DSO and reduce deductions Providing team focus on driving SLA’s Audits & approvals of receivable adjustments. Prepares accounts receivable reporting as required Handles internal/external collection escalations Identify areas of process improvements Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (business, logistics or finance is preferred Relevant experience in customer service and or supply chain Proficient in PC skills Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills with excellent inter-personal skills Ability to perform the duties related to order processing, invoicing, credit/debit memos, claims and deductions Capacity for developing an understanding of cash application, logistics and sales.
