EMEIA FSO BMC – Marketing project coordinator (Senior associate level) Job Summary: Working as a member of the wider EMEIA BMC FSO team, the successful candidate will support the development and delivery of marketing activities and ensure that every encounter delivers a personal experience for each stakeholder. The role requires someone, who can manage many concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. Key responsibilities: Supporting the managers in the team, the marketing senior associate would manage their portfolio of projects taking ownership of the delivery of a variety of activities, which could in include digital marketing, events and thought leadership. The role would suit someone keen to build their marketing experience in a professional services environment and become part of an established and successful marketing team, recognised for pushing boundaries in professional services marketing. An interest and/or experience in financial services would be an advantage. Production and review of thought leadership once the senior manager has signed off on final content working with our design and web teams to produce final content and managing our SCORE review process of the final content Managing deployment/launch of contact and global campaigns across EMEIA, as well as EMEIA generated campaigns, using one or more of a variety of channels e.g. social media, EY.com, webcasts, emails, etc, aiming to take a digital-first approach. Creation of campaign copy and summaries for communication purposes Manage the logistics of key events working closely with our Marketo team from invitation list development, and sending invites via our e-campaigns tool . Acting as the point person on operations for business stakeholders and local marketing teams involved in campaigns, project briefings, communicating key dates, maintaining project plans, preparing some meeting materials. Assisting with sector and solution activity planning. Working on research projects as necessary – newsletters, forums, conferences – and as requested Other key responsibilities include: The role requires someone who can manage several concurrent activities, with strong leadership, multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and Partner sponsors for each of the programmes that you are involved in. Build strong relationships with key marketing contacts in areas of focus, as well as a strong network of business contacts, including relevant service line and sector contacts Ensure that CRM tools are updated, maximised and championed Creative input into the design process, liaising with internal and external design team/suppliers to ensure the production of high quality, differentiated and brand-compliant campaign collateral. Skills And Attributes For Success Demonstrable experience of supporting and delivering campaigns/programmes and events Experience of working within a professional services partnership or similar B2B environment or a financial services company Excellent interpersonal and communication and oral skills - in particular, strong written communications and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Some project management skills and experience of working with CRM systems Ability to prioritise workload Energetic, personable, team player with a willingness to ‘muck in’ where necessary Creative flair and confidence Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle numerous commitments at any one time Exposure to executive-level staff and the ability to develop trusted business relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external clients and suppliers Good marketing communications skills with a creative flair High level of accuracy and attention to detail Interpersonal communication skills Excellent client service mind-set Experience in using an e-campaign system or marketing automation software (Marketo) – Added advantage. Administration and organization Attention to details- Focused, observant and thorough and strives for best in quality Analytical by nature with a proactive view toward solving problems Excellent project management skills – critical in a virtual role Aptitude for learning marketing tools and processes Interpersonal skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others Must be able to work virtually and independently Ability to be diplomatic when dealing with clients Problem-solver and resourceful with a can-do attitude Flexibility Can multitask with ease on simultaneous assignments in a high-volume environment Work 1:30pm to 11:00pm IST Responds well to feedback Can pivot to new priorities as they arise Comfortable with deadline-driven projects Able to work outside normal hours when required Job Requirements: Education: Graduate in any related discipline e.g. Marketing, Business Studies or creatively similar Experience: 5 to 7 years in / BPO services/Project management/ Experience in multiple systems and applications Experience of working in a Marketing environment Experience working with clients from different countries Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English.
