    • What you'll do

      As a Market Operations Team Manager, you’ll be leading your team and managing operational escalations and disputes. You’ll lead process re-engineering and automation initiatives with the aim of maximising efficiency gains. Throughout, you’ll be collaborating with support functions, making sure that you encourage engagement and development.

      Additionally, you’ll be:

      • Ensuring a stable and robust set of processes to fully support operations
      • Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, aiming to increase control and value to the business and client base
      • Representing the business in meetings, and making decisions based on discussions impacting processes
      • Putting objectives and performance measurement indicators in place for each team member
