Inviting applications for the role of Manager, User Experience (UX) Designer Cora Ops360 is Genpact’s biggest ops transformation platform which drives radical transparency and insights to drive outcomes by enabling its users access data points in real-time, connecting them behind the scenes, and then adapting their operations at speed and with precision. Cora ops30 is a multi-dimensional, multi-faceted transformation program that will unlock tremendous value by targeting 3 key business outcomes – (1) revenue acceleration (2) cost reduction and (3) insights to drive business outcomes. We are seeking a creative, thoughtful, and customer-obsessed user experience designer to help us design real-life usability concepts that create value Responsibilities Understand product specifications and user psychology Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Create personas through user research and data Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success Participate in design workshop with business, create wireframes and set up walk through/ reviews with respective business for final approval for the UI Work with UI SPOC and make sure the frontends are coded as per agreed Wireframes with businesses. Churn all designs required for frontend using Adobe products – Photoshop, Illustrator, XD Responsible for all content writing for users and maintaining all project documentations Designing and presenting prototypes and straw models for experience projects Coordinate and provide creative direction for work across the enterprise Ability to empathize with and understand the needs of our customers Ability to whiteboard UI/UX concepts using sound app design principles Ability to create and present interactive prototypes following Genpact brand guidelines. Ability to communicate ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centric design process Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively on team-based project Qualifications we seek in you!
