Description - External Senior - Release Manager We’re looking for a release Manager with 8+ years of experience to own the Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases. You will be working closely with the different stakeholders. Your Key Responsibilities Need to handle Pega Migrations on weekends Good understanding and hands on experience in Change Management Good understanding and hands on experience in Release Management Communication to Stake holders on the Change and Releases Experience with Pega deployment management Work hours: India Time zone 9 AM to 6.30PM (need to be flexible to extend work hours) Weekend releases to be handled if needed. Flexibility on the weekday extended hours if client asked to handle. Skills And Attributes For Success Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Excellent written and oral communication skills; Be able to communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical stake holders Willing to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements Strong knowledge of Agile framework Experience in Continuous Integration, Deployment & Release management Hands-on experience in Deploying, automating, maintaining and monitoring cloud-based production systems Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - External To qualify for the role, you must have Engineering degree OR MCA OR Master’s in Science 8 + years of work experience in DevOps and System Administration Good Excel and PowerPoint skills. Writing and publishing of conference-level presentation skills a plus Ideally, you’ll also have Team leading skills Exposure to Pega, Pega DevOps knowledge will be a value add.
