Auto req ID: 251130BR Job Description The SAP Basis Lead is responsible for the delivery of all SAP BASIS solutions across multiple geographies and sectors (AMESA, APAC, NA, Europe, LATAM) including PGT program and will partner with other IT orgs (such as infrastructure, enterprise architecture, ITOPS, etc.) Minimum 7 years hands-on SAP BASIS/System Administration experience The SAP Basis Lead's Accountabilities Includes, As Below Lead in Sysadmin/SAP BASIS areas to deliver scope of work related to SAP projects Azure/Sap knowledge will be a plus advantage Install, configure and upgrade SAP systems as required by the projects Support Performance testing and analysis exercise and address performance related issues Identify and resolve technical issues and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis Ensure proper documentation of landscape, system architecture, administration procedures and system management standards along with project relevant artifacts Ensure adherence to release and change management processes, control compliance while performing technical activities Must have experience in SAP BASIS / System Administration of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, SAP BI, SAP PI/PO, SAP Portal, SAP BOBJ, SAP Solution manager systems Must have experience in HANA, Mobility/Fiori, SAP Cloud based solutions Deliver effective hand-over to Operations by ensuring quality knowledge transfer and clear Hyper care exit criteria Support minimize critical incidents by ensuring no P1, P2 incidents during hyper care and effective problem management Stay up-to-date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant means Adhere to annual performance processes including setting objectives and measurement and performance evaluation Provides outstanding customer service to direct and indirect customers Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science < SAP BASIS KPI, Governance, experience in with OS & Database team < SAP Implementation and Upgrade experience < Azure Experience will be a plus < Upgrade Skill such as - HANA, Oracle & Application upgrades( ERP, BW, EP, SCM, SRM ) < SAP application Governance and partner team collaboration. < SAP day to day Support, SAP Support Packs & Upgrades, SAP integration with other systems, SAP Installation and Planning < Knowledgeable on SAP, Middle-ware integration, configuration, administration, and SAP add-on software such as archiving, faxing, imaging, and workflow Performance Monitoring < Disaster Recovery Plan support SAP BASIS & NetWeaver administration, HANA 1.0/2.0 Administration and S4HANA skill is essential for SAP first objective and demand from business for align same. Supported to complex landscape and Managed service provider support/governance teams. Bachelor’s degree required with 7 to 10+ years experience SAP BASIS / HANA Administration, Solutaion Manager experience. Good Communication , Facilitation, coordination, Governance, Managing teams and Excellent analytical skills, ITIL Knowledge & Experience lead POC / complex scenario. Qualifications/Requirements < SAP BASIS, NetWeaver, ABAP & JAVA administration, HANA 1.0/2.0 Administration, Solution Manager and S4HANA skill is essential. < SAP day to day Support, SAP Support Packs & Upgrades, SAP integration with other systems, SAP Installation and Planning < Knowledgeable on SAP, Middle-ware integration, configuration, administration, and SAP add-on software such as archiving, faxing, imaging, and workflow Performance Monitoring. < SAP Components: ECC 6.0, CRM 5.0, SCM 4.1/SCM 5.0, SRM 4.0, BW, PI/PO, EP 7.xx) NetWeaver, SAP HANA, involved in release and cut over activities. < Upgrade Skill such as - Oracle & Application upgrades( ERP, BW, EP, SCM, SRM ), Support Pack upgrades, Kernel Upgrade, Applying addon’s,Proper understanding of Pre-steps and post-steps of upgrades, Different types of version upgrade (new version / EHP) < Multiple team collaboration & support < Stakeholder update & management < Multiple region working experience Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular
