Inviting applications for the role of Manager -Risk Management Reporting

< strong>You will support the risk management reporting teams of our clients, in the periodic ad-hoc production of reports data.

Responsibilities< u>< strong>
  • In the areas of credit market operations liquidity IRRBB capital etc. risks, you will be responsible for creating various daily weekly monthly quarterly annual etc. reports. Primary activities will be one or more of these: < li>
  • Process improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, or Analytics levers < li>
  • Create of standard operating procedures (SOP) < li>
  • Develop thought leadership in one or more types of risks (credit market operations liquidity IRRBB capital etc.) < li>
  • Lead multiple projects for process improvements < li>
  • Guide coach team members with subject matter expertise < li>
  • Perform some of the following, as well as manage a team of business analysts or assistant managers who are performing some of these tasks:< li>
    • Data Preparation Update – Perform required calculations on data, creation of standard reports and exhibits schedules, workpaper roll forward < li>
    • Data Aggregation – Request necessary data, aggregate data into the tool, review uploaded data, prepare data for reporting < li>
    • Data Adjustments – Review and confirm tolerance thresholds are met, a complete adjustment in aggregation layer, apply topside adjustments, apply record adjustments < li>
    • Data Analytics – Perform variance analysis, establish, and update analytics dashboards < li>
    • Data Reconciliation – Perform and review data reconciliation < li>
    • Documentation Management – Apply appropriate naming convention and ensuring documentation is saved to the correct location < li> < ul> < ul> Qualifications

      < strong>Minimum Qualifications Skills
      < u>< strong>
      • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, etc., or any other quantitative fields < li>
      • Experience in any of the following areas: a) Consumer Banking business product ((cards, loans, mortgages) Data Quality Governance b) Regulatory Risk Data Quality Governance (ex: (CCAR, FDIC, and Basel) < li>
      • Familiarity with any of Basel IV, 5G 6G liquidity reporting in the US (2052a), FRTB, and other new and upcoming regulations < li>
      • Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills < li>
      • Good interpersonal skills, interacting with clients both on the business side as well as technical specialists < li>
      • Experience creating Business Requirements and Functional Requirements Documentation < li>
      • Relevant experience of “change the bank” assignments < li>
      • Project Program management < li> < ul> Preferred Qualifications Skills
        < strong>
        • Experience in automation using SQL VBA etc. will be an advantage < li>
        • Postgraduate degree diploma in Finance or Chartered Accountant or FRM certification
