We are inviting applications for the role of a SM, External Reporting

If you are an accounting graduate with prior accounting and reporting experience, we're looking forward for you to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for preparation of Financial Reporting activities and performing variance analysis. Understanding and analyzing financial statements from quarterly annual reports and filings to come out with logical interpretations and trends. Demonstrates and applies in-depth subject knowledge to deliverables and has general understanding of other-related disciplines. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly fast paced business environment while being a good phenomenal teammate and be open to working in any shift as per the business requirement.

Responsibilities
< u>< strong>

• Ensure end to end coordination of the team with different LOBs for data consolidation, certifications & related activities< li>
• Manage the SEC, REG & Basel reporting teams for roll forwards, preparation of earnings release, 10Q 10K reports, Basel III, 2052a, Y9C, Y9LP, Y14, Y15 schedules, GAAP Reporting etc.< li>
• Guide the team with his In-depth interpretation of instructions related to reports & come out with logical recommendations to resolve any edits and perform reconciliations as per the guidelines & performing variance analysis.< li>
• Help the team in analyzing financial statements from quarterly annual reports and filings to come out with logical interpretations and trends.< li>
• Ensure Team to Identify, develops and implements standard methodologies in work papers< li>
• Collaborate with customer’s leadership, ensure adherence to SLAs & able to manage clients independently< li>
• Close Interaction with Customer & business.< li>
• Manage, Maintain and deepen Key client relationships, ensure the highest level of customer happiness< li>
• Based on regular data analysis, work out new strategies to work closely with clients and ensure the best results.< li>
• Able to manage clients independent< li>
• Seek to maintain a high VOC – Voice of Customer Score.< li>
• Intra process communication and standard methodologies sharing.< li>
• Develop and maintain relationships and work well with all levels of management.< li>
• Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning< li>
• Presenting, motivating, and inspiring Teams< li>
• Gaining influence, trust, and credibility within the organization to build and help develop reciprocal work relationships< li>
• Encourages the sharing of knowledge and information across teams and demonstrates from experience and learning from others< li>
• Responsible for leading existing process and for initiating & transitioning growth prospects.< li>
• Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all process activities, ensuring they meet the organization’s goals, objectives, and regulations.

  Minimum Qualifications

  • B.COM MBA CA CPA - (experience in Accounting Reporting)
    < li>< ul> Preferred Qualifications
    < u>< strong>
    • Experience in SEC or REG Reporting Profile would be added advantage.< li>
    • Knowledge of US GAAP IFRS would be added advantage< li>
    • Should have good accounting fundamentals, should have worked in the profile of MIS Reporting.< li>
    • MS-excel knowledge, must have already worked on various types of data using advance excel skills< li>
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel< li>
    • Good communication, Interpersonal, Analytical Skills & highly proactive in approach
