Basic Requirement:
The Digital marketing manager will be responsible for the digital activations, channel strategy and budgeting, planning and delivering desired marketing results through online medium. The objective is to build a differentiated and effective digital marketing strategy and establish Multiliving as the digital first go to brand for all the homes in the country. He she will also build and maintain a very strong ROI focus for demand generation, and use the consumer insights to drive higher efficiencies in marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Building, budgeting, designing and implementing different digital marketing initiatives at Multiliving
- Will be responsible to work with tech and product team closely to build growth engines for acquisition
- Manage the creative development, management, measurement and execution of local campaigns, working closely with agencies to develop trackable, measurable integrated communication projects
- Build a proprietary network of digital alliances (medium term and long term) by creating a win-win proposition and enable high quality lead flow in to the system
- Create and execute paid media strategy with clear understanding on competition, keywords, ad copies
- Monitor performance, conversions, a b testing and build and optimize keywords lists
- Strong experience to delivers ROAS by understanding campaign objectives and optimizing ads for better conversions and lead generation
- Manage paid search, paid social, display campaigns and should have hands on experience on paid tools like Google Ads, Facebook ads manager. Programmatic marketing experience is an add on
- Should be able to interpret through numbers and bring out actionable insights from this
- Should have good knowledge of analytics tools like GA, Mix panel
- Mobile marketing experience is a must have and should have scaled up downloads, engagement of mobile apps and branding in the app ecosystem
Basic Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing domain of any consumer tech business, preferably having worked for a growing digital consumer internet brand
- Strong understanding of ROI driven marketing, and a data-driven approach
- Should possess strong analytical aptitude towards problem solving and should be inclined to understand digital media, creatives, analytics & other relevant performance metrics
- Clear understanding of the consumer journey in any online product and online media habits to be able to generate valuable insights< p>
