Job Description

< u>< strong>We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager- Accounts Finance (GL) to perform accounting tasks in collaboration with internal departments. You will be conducting audits on the accuracy of our financial information, providing assurance that our accounting practices adhere to regulations, and performing general ledger entries and account reconciliations. To ensure success as a Manager- Accounts Finance (GL), you should demonstrate sound knowledge of best practices in general ledger accounting and experience in a similar role. He will be someone whose accounting expertise results in accurate financial planning and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information< li>
  • Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness through a Big4< li>
  • Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards< li>
  • Implementation of IND-AS< li>
  • Performing month end closing quarter end closing in books of accounts< li>
  • Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting< li>
  • Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.< li>
  • Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.< li>
  • Reconciling accounts with the general ledger< li>
  • Gathering supporting documentation and performing record keeping.< li>
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.

    • Bachelor's Master's or associate's degree in accounting, or in a related specialization.< li>
    • Majorly having experience or exposure in E-commerce company< li>
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CA candidate preferred.< li>
    • At least 4-6 years- experience in general ledger accounting, or similar.< li>
    • Proficiency in accounting and business management software, such as ERP Next.< li>
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.< li>
    • Exceptional attention to detail.< li>
    • Superb time-management and organizational skills.< li>
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
