Job purpose: Manager/Architect role in the IT Advisory Services team to provide support in Data analysis/Data Science/ Machine Learning /Cognitive Services. Your client responsibilities: Work for managing the successful design, execution, and measurement of data initiatives across customer-facing engagements Communicate with internal stakeholders to make recommendations based on data Sort out business problems to translate into analytical questions to simplify and accelerate the solution development. Balancing excellent business communication skills with a deep analytical understanding is needed Run Scrum calls for team. Manage client delivery. Applying data Science, ML algorithms, using standard statistical tools and techniques for solving client business problems. Communicate and manage relationships with the onsite Program Manager. Regular status reporting to Management and onsite coordinators. Advocate for GDS work, work on innovative work/PoC’s and showcase to Onsite stakeholders to convince them to get more business. Team management Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed Willing to travel to the customer’s locations on need basis within India and outside India. Willing to be flexible to work on various tools and technologies based on demand Your technical responsibilities: Work in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Quantitative Analysis, Forecasting, Data Visualization, recommendation engine. Work in design/implementation/consulting of ML models and deploying scoring pipelines at scale. Solve client business problem in areas of Finance, HR, customer care, Healthcare, recommender model, customer segmentation and other functions. Use technology (right mix of AI, ML and Automation) to help client automate functions and reduce their cost. Should be ready to work on other technologies in case business requirement demands so. Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides. Your people responsibilities: Building a quality culture Lead by example Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives Requirements BS or MS degree in Math, Statistics, IT, Computer science, economics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, quantitative analysis, Forecasting, data visualization, recommendation engine etc. Excellent leadership skills with at least 2-3 years of people management experience Advanced analytical skills connected with excellent business instincts to "connect the dots" High standards for excellence across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work together with to the products you collaborate on Grittiness - You don't hesitate to take initiative and address something hands-on, you persevere when others give up Ability to take initiative with data - you just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can turn it into a thoughtful story. You know how to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in paralysis by analysis 3+ years professional experience in software development in languages like Python, Scala. Experience in data processing with Python, R & SQL. Experience in design/implementation/consulting experience training ML models and deploying scoring pipelines at scale. Experience of using tools like Azure ML Studio, IBM Watson Studio will be advantage. Experience with DL toolkits such as MXNet, TensorFlow, Caffe and Torch. Experience with source control GIT Understanding of any backend development like Flask, node.js or web technologies will be added advantage. You will need to have: Mandatory skills: Experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, quantitative analysis, Forecasting, data visualization, recommendation engine etc. Team Management. 2+ years professional experience in software development in languages like Python, R, Scala & SQL. Experience in design/implementation/consulting experience training ML models and deploying scoring pipelines at scale. Experience of using tools like Azure ML Studio, IBM Watson Studio will be advantage. Good business communication skills & client facing skills Working knowledge in excel and macros knowledge of any automation process Understanding of Data warehousing tool & Power BI. Preferred skills: Prior Client facing experience.
