An interesting opportunity for individuals having more than 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development B2B and Freight & Logistics. One having experience in SCM management and logistics (PTL FTL). Individuals having a good understanding of the traditional 3PL business - prevailing customers needs, pricing, 3PL competition landscape will be a good fit for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing the GTM and helping senior leadership for building the business plan
- Hiring and building the sales team from scratch and building the sales plan along with targets and incentives
- Understanding the customer requirements and developing business requirements which then will be used by the - product team to build features and product
- Strong business acumen and P&L experience in managing multiple priorities - strategic and tactical
- Developing a deep understanding of operations, client servicing, billing and collections etc.
Requirements:
- B.Tech Master's degree from Tier2 Tier3 institutes having 4-6 years of experience in Sales
- Prior experience in Freight & Logistics is a plus
- Must be efficient with MS Excel & Powerpoint
- Should have strong analytical skills
- Should have prior experience in working with cross functional teams
- Must have a strong vendor management experience
- Should have active listening and negotiation skills< p> ,< pre>< span>< body>< html>
