The team of Novartis specialists within Insights & Analytics are on a data and digital transformation journey, leveraging analytics to generate actionable insights for Novartis medicines impacting more than 500 million patients worldwide. The team is poised to enable easier, faster and reliable decisions for Novartis divisions across the globe.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
  • Design and lead complex data analysis projects using existing BI infrastructure and tools< li>
  • Build value via logical and innovative solutions that solve complex problems and adhere to BI best practices< li>
  • Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, usability and value< li>
  • Create architecture diagrams and systems documentation that can be understood and used by business users and team members< li>
  • Gather and define business requirements, create project documentation and artifacts (e.g. requirements and design documents)< li>
  • Guide train the team on dashboard development and share best practices< li>
  • Analyze issues, discover root cause, provide alternative long-term solutions and support or lead its implementation< li>
  • Support business development activities with project showcases, demos, proposal building, proof of concepts, etc. Collaborate with IT partners, vendors etc


    < li> < ul> Minimum Requirements

    < u>< strong>What You’ll bring to the role:
    • Bachelor’s degree with 7 to 10 Years of work experience in developing BI solutions< li>
    • Experience in working across platforms like - Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power Apps , Power BI, Adobe BI etc< li>
    • Qlik BI Architect Certification is a plus< li>
    • Advanced use of SQL to develop and deploy self-service BI reporting and analysis tools< li>
    • Good Communication skills< li>
    • Ability to lead the people, process and technology seamlessly< li>
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and projects across the organization
