The team of Novartis specialists within Insights & Analytics are on a data and digital transformation journey, leveraging analytics to generate actionable insights for Novartis medicines impacting more than 500 million patients worldwide. The team is poised to enable easier, faster and reliable decisions for Novartis divisions across the globe.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
  • The candidate should have in-depth experience of working on below functional areas: Segmentation, Targeting, Brand analytics, Patient level analytics, Reporting, Basic statistical knowledge< li>
  • Collaborate with Global US based teams to work on a range on analytics projects on patient data< li>
  • Analyze the data and derive insights to answer the business needs. Share key recommendations suggestions to the stakeholders< li>
  • Prepare both standard and ad-hoc deliverable ensuring the highest standards of quality< li>
  • Create and deliver customer requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc.) and drive excellent customer satisfaction< li>
  • Support in creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs within the function< li>
  • Participate in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality of PLS deliverables across the function< li>
  • Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes


    < li> < ul> Minimum Requirements

    < u>< strong>What You’ll bring to the role:
    • Candidate must have technical expertise in atleast one of the technical tools- SAS, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau or Qlik< li>
    • Experience (5+ years) in analytics in Pharma Analytics on APLD Patient level data (mandatory) for US Market< li>
    • Should have strong quantitative and systems background with Strong analytical thinking and problem solving approach< li>
    • Should have good ability to understand new data sources in short timeframe and embed them into standard analyses< li>
    • Good understanding of pharmaceutical domain and data would be ideal< li>
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders< li>
    • Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity
