Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Configuration SME

In this role, you will be responsible to convert user and functional requirements into configuration specs

< strong>Responsibilities
< u>< strong>
  • Thorough Understanding of features and configurable elements of the COTS product < li>
  • Requirement analysis < li>
  • Configure the product as per configuration specs to build solution that conforms to user and functional requirements < li>
  • Conduct POCs, collect feedback and resolve issues < li>
  • Contribute in authoring traceability matrix < li>
  • Follow various SOPS in carrying out the assigned tasks < li>
  • Closely interact with cross functional teams and support implementation activities < li>
  • Minimum Qualifications < li>
  • Good Communication Skills < li>
  • Adequate years’ experience in a client facing role < li>
  • Adequate years’ experience in implementing COTS systems in regulated industry (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices), building business solutions by configuring systems < li>
  • Experience writing SQL queries and or PL-SQL code < li>
  • Experience authoring technical documentation < li>
  • Ability to prioritize, multi task and carry out tasks with minimal supervision < li>
  • Inclination and ability to understand business domain < li>
  • Strong analytical capability in Mathematics Statistics and applied fields < li>
  • Understanding of Scrum Agile methodology < li>
  • Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git)
    < li> < ul> Preferred Qualifications
    < u>< strong>
    • Knowledge of any Drug Safety System (Argus, AERS, ARISg etc.) < li>
    • Knowledge of PV regulations
