Management Level :9 Work Experience :6-8 years Work location :Chennai Must Have Skills :Agile Requirement Management Good To Have Skills :No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Visualizing, conceptualizing and detailing out new automation features for myWizard Agile leveraging agile concepts, automation and Artificial Intelligence 2 Writing user stories to detail out features and capture acceptance criteria 3 Collaborating with different teams to get the feature implemented with expected quality 4 Documentation required as per process and to enable users to use the feature 5 Demonstrating features to different stakeholders management, leadership, product owner, clien Technical Experience : 1 Strong knowledge and experience of agile values, concepts, methodology and frameworks Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, SAFe etc 2 Knowledge and experience of business analyst 3 Good listening skills to understand business need and translate them to detailed requirements 4 Good verbal and written communication skills 5 Creativity, analytical thinking and problem solving 6 Facilitation skills 7 Being detail-oriented 8 Analyzing functional issues, defects raised by existing clients 9 Analyzing functional Professional Attributes : 1 Ability to work as a team to achieve common objectives 2 Ability to communicate effectively and interpersonal skills 3 Strong work ethics 4 Adaptability and flexibility towards changing business priorities 5 Self-motivated, responsible and ready to take initiative Educational Qualification : Degree Additional Information : 1Demonstrating myWizard agile capabilities during client visits or sessions 2 Act as the go to pe 15 years of full time education
