Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Magento Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Magento-based eCommerce websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Magento 2 (and Magento 1 if needed) websites.
Customize Magento themes, modules, and extensions to meet business requirements.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
Optimize site performance, scalability, and reliability.
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay up-to-date with Magento best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Magento 2 development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Knockout.js.
Experience with Magento REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Git, Composer, and deployment tools.
Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and best practices.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Magento certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with headless Magento or PWA Studio.
Knowledge of Linux server environments.
Experience with other eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
