Job description
Associate - VD [eLearning Developer]
< u>< strong>Education: -< u>< strong> Graduate or Postgraduate in graphic design or equivalent experience
Experience: -< u>< strong> One to Five years of experience in the same field
Key Responsibilities: -
< u>< strong>
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the team< li>
- Develop custom graphic layouts, assets and screens, page navigation buttons for e-learning projects< li>
- Develop custom animation for e-learning projects< li>
- Good knowledge of Storyline and Captivate functionalities, variables, triggers etc< li>
- Ensure graphic assets are compliant to EY standards< li>
- Develop illustrations, icons, and visual materials related to course creation < li>
- Ability to visualize and put into practice effective graph< li>
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows etc< li>
- Develop mock-ups and prototypes wireframes< li>
- Prepare and present rough drafts to the internal teams and key stakeholders< li>
- Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback< li>
- Adhere to EY Branding guidelines (fonts, colours and images)
< li> < ul> Requirements: -
< u>< strong>- Proven work experience as an eLearning developer or similar role< li>
- Team player, good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders< li>
- Good time-management skills and respond well to deadlines < li>
- Willing to work flexible hours< li>
- Knowledge of Accessibility features and guidelines< li>
- Knowledge of eLearning development life cycle
< li> < ul> Software Tools Knowledge: -< u>< strong>- Expert level knowledge on authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate < li>
- Up-to-date knowledge of other software’s such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Audition, After Effects
