In this role, Develop full scale project plans Assemble and coordinate project staff Manage project budget Manage project resource allocation Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

Responsibilities!
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;< li>
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements;< li>
  • Develop full scale project plans;< li>
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff;< li>
  • Manage project budget;< li>
  • Manage project resource allocation;< li>
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;< li>
  • Manage project risks and issues;< li>
  • Perform project reviews;< li>
  • Provide direction and support to project team;< li>
  • Present project status reports;< li>
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;< li>
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;< li>
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team;< li>
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path;< li>
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.< li>
  • Ongoing cooperation with business stake holders, sponsors and IT, in order to ensure that< li>
    • Dependencies between projects,< li>
    • Dependencies with operational activities< li>
    • Resource sharing and constraints,< li>
    • Provide leadership in steering projects toward defined best practices.< li> < ul>
    • Interact with and regularly report to executive project sponsors and IT management
      < li> < ul>Qualifications we seek in you!

      Minimum Qualifications
      < u>< strong>
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline Master degree in Computer Science
        < li>< ul> Preferred Qualifications
        < u>< strong>
        • Project management qualification (PMP) is a plus,< li>
        • Knowledge of techniques and tools< li>
        • Experience as a project manager< li>
        • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and or change management< li>
        • Proficiency in project management software tools< li>
        • Critical thinking and problem solving< li>
        • Excellent decision-making and leadership skill
