Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate – Windows Management Responsibilities Core Server builds configuration and Server hardening. Automated deployment and Operating system hardening. ILO/remote management and administration. Blade, Rack and Tower servers management. Define and manage resources and domains. Support standard security mechanisms. Establish and manage directory services. Service Pack Recommendations and testing. Provide SPOC for remote server backup and restore service requests. Establish and manage directory services. DFS Administration. GPO creation. Software Packaging and distribution. Administer directory distribution and replication. Configuring and administering Active Directory. Configuring Security polices and Group policies. Configuring Trusts and sites. Disaster Recovery Deployment. Active tracking and reporting on problems through resolution. Daily review of problem / service queues and priority tickets. Document Monthly Customer Performance Report on established service levels and service performance measures in the approved Service Level Matrix. Identify additional capacity requirements. Performance Analysis and tuning Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Experience in MS Windows 2003/2008 Experience in Installation, Configuring, management and troubleshooting of MS windows 2003/2008 R2. Installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of AD. Experience in MS Cluster. Experience in Disaster recovery design and implementation. Experience in backup & recovery scenarios. Good in Communication. Good team player with abilities to work in larger teams. Preferred qualifications Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients. Self-directed, organized, and motivated.
