Inviting applications for the role of Consultant/ Lead Consultant – Ops Data Analyst, MIS In this role, you will be responsible as an Analyst - Ops Data Analyst, MIS, providing complete support to Ops & business stakeholders, while working cross functionally with different teams/ functions Responsibilities Provide complete support to Ops & business stakeholders, while working cross functionally with different support functions such as Finance, RMG, HR etc.. Prepare presentations for weekly/monthly and quarterly reviews with the leadership Driving weekly status calls with Project/Program Managers/ CoE leaders; SLA/KPI Dashboard Responsible for gathering of relevant data to be presented for management reviews Handling resources Utilization, Revenue and Reporting, ground level Analysis Daily / Weekly Dashboard and MIS publishing Coordinate with recruitment & RMX team for external/ internal fulfillment. Preparing decks for Sr. management reviews Interacting with various partners (Delivery/Sales/Finance) as per business requirement Publish timely reports to various partners Ability to build good rapport with internal & external business/ CoE leaders Work with Senior Leaders and Onsite partners Ability to suggest/recommend areas of improvements (business processes and tools) Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to assess the compliance of the function Qualifications Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work within strict deadlines and with a wide spectrum of people Excellent reporting skills along with good command over excel – creating pivot, use of formulas, etc. Strong Analytical skills Highly proactive in approach Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools Any previous work experience in PMO would be added advantage System knowledge, Collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills Multitasking and ability to work cross-functionally Additional Skills Hands on experience of managing portals like, Pinnacle, Oracle, etc. Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
