Running ATPG MBIST zero delay and timing simulations is needed. Should be aware of Coverage analyses and Vector generation . Scripting in perl tcl is required to handle multiple runs .
Qualcomm is looking to hire DFT engineers with 4-7 years of experience to work on cutting edge 5G, Automotive and Low Power application SoCs. The DFT team at Qualcomm India defines test architectures & methodologies to meet the stringent test cost & low DPPM required for a wide range of SoCs. The team is involved in challenging silicon debugs on new process nodes and closely works with process team to understand and fix issues.
