- University Degree or equivalent that requires formal studies of English language and basic math.< li>
- Ability to independently comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing.< li>
- Typing speed >30 WPM with accuracy rate >95%< li>
- Good analytical ability to follow instructions, clearly defined guidelines.< li>
- Should be able to identify urgency and prioritize work and adhere to timelines.< li>
- Ability to read and understand process SOPs, documents and follow instructions.< li>
- Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred, although not a mandate< li>
- Ability to proactively identify process improvement ideas.< li>
