We have offices in Mumbai and Gurgaon and are looking to continue our growth in the region. < strong> Due to growth we are seeking a HR Recruitment professional to join our People team. This role supports are operation in India and the successful candidate will be based in either our Mumbai or Gurgaon office. < strong> We are looking for candidates who have a passion for solving complex challenges, being a true trusted advisor to the business, enjoy “rolling up their sleeves” and have hands-on approach. < strong> This is a fantastic opportunity to support Ankura’s presence and be part of shaping our growth plans in India.

  • Source and recruit candidates across a broad range of skills sets< li> < ul> Responsibilities:
    < strong>< strong>
    • Proactively identify, source and qualify new candidates across a broad spectrum of roles.< li>
    • Full end to end recruiting from briefing call through to onboarding new joiners.< li>
    • Ability to source candidates through different means including LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.< li>
    • Work with the hiring manager to discuss needs and determine candidate profile and role requirements.< li>
    • Own the candidate management experience and provide each candidate with a high-touch, personalized experience.< li>
    • Responsible for managing the full onboarding process of all new joiners including new starter administration and carrying out first day inductions.< li>
    • Point of contact for hiring managers and interviewers to ensure headcount targets are met.< li>
    • Understand and feed into the headcount plans and growth strategy to ensure commercials are met timely.< li> < ul> Requirements:
      < strong>< strong>
      • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in HR or other related advanced degree is highly desirable.< li>
      • Demonstrable end to end recruitment experience and HR experience gained in complex matrix and commercially driven international professional services firm.< li>
      • Recruited a variety of roles across different sectors and job levels.< li>
      • Experience of managing the onboarding of new joiners, collating new joiner administration, the employee lifecycle and performance management process.< li>
      • Strong client relationship management and consulting skills with the ability to quickly foster strong, effective and trusted relationships and networks.< li>
      • Ability to think critically, logically and analytically and natural problem-solving skills.< li>
      • Strong planning, organising, multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.< li>
      • Capable of flexing solutions to changing demands: anticipating the local, regional, global impact.< li>
      • Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences across the business, tailoring messages accordingly.< li>
      • Demonstrated Project Management skills to deliver initiatives in an organized, efficient and timely manner. < li>
      • Superior IT skills including MS-Office and related HR systems databases such as Workday. < li>
      • Comfortable working in a standalone role and working with HR colleagues based remotely. < li>
      • Must be travel flexible within India offices with the ability to travel between our offices in Gurgaon and Mumbai.
