Job description
< u>< strong>Responsible for the delivery of steady state performance from the territory in 3 months with respect to acquisition and the expected daily drop points and daily orders by
- Coordinating with the City Managers on the planning of the launch, signing off on the city wise launch plan by FOS< li>
- Hiring of City Managers, training them on the process of managing acquisition< li>
- Track performance of the team of City Managers< li>
- Ensure that the acquisition is in line with the plan for each of the cities< li>
- Audit the acquisition done by the team through telecalling and QC team, take action accordingly< li>
- Ensure marketing collaterals are provided to the City managers for successful launch< li>
- Ensure data visibility to the CIty Managers on their team's performance< li>
- Ensure that LSQ data is updated everyday and that activities are on track as per plan< li>
- Coordinate with logistics sourcing network design TAHR team for smooth operations< li>
- Tier 2 MBAs (MDI, IMT, SPJAIN, NMIMS etc.) and IIT NIT Graduates with 3-4 years of experience in Sales Growth< li>
- Should have managed a team< li>
- Good understanding of sales management systems and processes< li>
- Capable of identifying problems< li>
- Sales metrics understanding, capable of reviewing tracking performance< li>
- Good understanding of driving outcomes from field team< li>
- Good understanding of Tier 2-3 cities grocery-kirana-convenience stores< li>
- Should have a result-oriented, execution focussed bent of mind< li>
- Start-up experience is preferred
