Job Title
< u>< strong>Role Summary - The incumbent will be responsible for operation & maintenance of 6 MW Biomass based power plant and related Utility equipment along with manpower management of the plant so as to ensure maximum output.

We recently set up a Research and Development Centre at Ambernath and a plant at Valia to develop our new range of products.

Your Roles & Responsibilities
< u>< strong>
- Operation & Maintenance of 6 MW Biomass based power plant and related Utility equipment – 11KV switchboards, transformers, Motors, PCC, MCC, boilers, turbine-generator, conveyor system, Air compressors, Chillers, DG sets, Cooling tower etc. < li>
- Ensure availability and uninterrupted supply of power as per the established quality standards for smooth generation, parallel operation with GRID and distribution of Power to plant. < li>
- Shut down & restart biomass power plants or equipment in emergency situations or for equipment maintenance repairs replacements < li>
- Ensure upkeep of and maintenance of the power plant to maximize Plant Availability Factor (PAF) to meet the load demand and Plant Load Factor (PLF), Load management, Load shedding, < li>
- Preparing and compliance of PM CM schedule and inspection program to reduce breakdown. Analyze the failures and take corrective & preventive action through Root cause analysis to avoid recurrence < li>
- Planning and ensure availability of critical spares for smooth operation of the plant and annual maintenance. Define and monitor through SAP, inventory control. < li>
- Energy Monitoring and control < li>
- Good knowledge of work management system, controlling and directing operation staff and handle all kinds of Operational Emergencies. < li>
- Must have good experience in maintaining HSE and other statutory requirements.

< u>< strong>Qualification: < u>< strong> B.E. (Electrical)
Experience:< u>< strong> 4 to 7 years preferably in power plant.
