Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location for this position from the following: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India; Gurugram, Haryana, India Minimum qualifications: MBA or equivalent practical experience Experience in digital solutions, and data and technology enabling business growth Experience working in changing environments Preferred qualifications: Intimate working knowledge of how decisions are made or if from a Google role presently where they interact and fully understand the key players in the organization and where decisions are made Have had P&L responsibility High emotional intelligence that enables close working relationships with key C-level leaders Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team Established global relationships and presence within the India ad community Comfortable and accomplished selling transformational ideas/deals About The Job As the Director, Marketing Partners, India, Large Customer Sales (LCS) you will lead the India Marketing Partner organization (team of India media and creative agency leads) that is responsible for key relationships with Big 5 Global networks, Data and Tech firms, independent digital firms and creative agencies. You will be responsible for developing key C-Suite relationships where major deals, strategic business interventions, and transformation are enabled. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. Responsibilities Play an active role on the Google India leadership team and shape the India strategy. Deliver strong business growth to accelerate the India business meaningfully Lead Google’s relationship with partners and drive joint business plans with them Enable the tech transformation of India’s top businesses by leveraging partner network Shape the next leap in storytelling by bringing in data and tech to the core creative process Engage effectively with regional and global teams to build sponsorship for India.
