< strong>Short Term:< strong> Manage DDRSS Design and DV teams in Hyderabad ~12 people Long Term:< strong> Possible expansion to NoC SMMU Periph as opportunity arises

Approx Head count:< strong> current 12 – expected to grow to 20 in an years’ time

Design Role And Skills

< u>< strong>Skills:
< strong>
  • Able to understand the Architecture spec and create best choice of IP and feature combinations to meet the ask< li>
  • Make right calls on area power performance tradeoffs with the right microarchitecture to create a solution< li>
  • Understanding of Design flows and techniques to save power area and improve efficiency< li>
  • Able to review the design and test plans for quality< li>
  • Plan the deliverables across team members and track progress for achieving milestones< li>
  • Represent the team in SOC forums and negotiate on need basis for timelines and features< li>
  • Lead a set of people in the design team to help achieve the milestones and manage quality of the deliverables

    < li> < ul> DV Role

    < u>< strong>The role generally entails a mixture of:
    • Technical Expertise of DDRSS DV test bench and other associated collaterals (Checkers, Trackers, Scoreboards, Assertion, Functional Coverage)< li>
    • Planning and developing complex Module and Sub-system testplans and making sure they get executed with quality and within the committed schedule< li>
    • Managing regressions and tracking debug of regression signatures and ensuring bug fixes are coming in on time< li>
    • Deploying DV methodology and new tools for validation (Certitude, FV, Machine Learning)< li>
    • Working independently with all stakeholders and drive Sub-system and complex modules’ verification activities to TO closure.< li>
    • Manage a mid-size team as domain lead for Bus interconnect & Processor Integration

      < li> < ul> DV Skills
      < u>< strong>
      • Thorough understanding of Digital design concepts< li>
      • Strong Debug, UVM, System Verilog< li>
      • Understanding of Bus protocols like CHI AHB AXI ACE ACE-Lite< li>
      • Understanding of multi-core ARMv9 8 CPU architecture coherency protocols and virtualization< li>
      • Good understanding of DDR families (LP PC) and generations (DDR2 3 4 5)< li>
      • Quick understanding of Specs and Standards and developing relevant and thorough test plans< li>
      • Monitors, scoreboards, sequencers and sequences, that utilize scripts, System Verilog, UVM, and methodologies to increase the rate with which bugs are found and resolved< li>
      • Candidates should be comfortable checking our builds, navigating big test benches, analyzing coverage, and adding or enabling extra debug, Must be willing to dig into fail and understand what is happening< li>
      • Post-Si bring-up and HW-SW debug experience would be a plus. Knowledge & exposure to silicon debug tool chains would be an added advantage

        < strong>Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Engineering, Bachelors - Information Systems

        Work Experiences

        < u>< strong>8+ years Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
