As a member of 4G/5G Small Cells SW group, candidate will be responsible for writing software that interacts with RFICs, low level hardware and different software layers. Job responsibilities include system level feature design, coding, developing/executing unit test strategies and test plans, field log analysis, troubleshooting/analyzing problems, optimizing system performance and improving the stability of the product. Candidate will be working with a multi-discipline team (Software Development, System Design, Customer Support, Test team etc.) to integrate and test. Preferred Qualifications 2-15 years of Software Development experience in Telecom Domain. Strong software design and development experience in embedded Systems Strong programming skills with C/C++ Strong RF Fundamentals End to end understanding of software development methodologies Experience with industry standard software development tools: code revision systems (git, gerrit, Perforce), IDEs and build tools is required. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills to work with cross functional and cross geo teams. *Experience with wireless standards (i.e. LTE/WiFi/5G/UMTS).
