    • Build, maintain, and support applications in a global software platform (ServiceNow) and various other corporate systems, tools, and scripts < li>
    • Collaborate with other internal groups to translate business and functional requirements into technical implementation for the automation of existing processes and the development of new applications < li>
    • Communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms, understand business requirements, and propose solutions < li>
    • Work on projects from specification gathering, to development, to QA, user acceptance testing, and deployment to production < li>
    • Participate in meetings and organize work and or training sessions around new software being introduced into the ICE technology environment < li>
    • Document changes and author documentation on software development standards and practices

        • Familiarity with Web Application Architecture (HTTP, Client Server, HTML, JavaScript) < li>
        • Experience with Python, or NodeJS < li>
        • Experience with SQL and Database Technologies (SQL Server, MySQL). < li>
        • Linux, Bash, SSH Familiarity < li>
        • Experience building custom applications in ServiceNow < li>
        • Financial industry expertise

          • BS degree preferably in CS or EE, or a related discipline < li>
          • 2 - 4 yr. of experience doing professional software development < li>

          • Data analysis skills and competence in MS Word and Excel < li>
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills < li>
          • Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects < li>
