For a fast-paced Delhi-based startup in 2026, a UI/UX designer must balance rapid prototyping with high-quality user research and AI-integrated workflows.

Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile UI/UX Designer to take end-to-end ownership of our digital product experiences across mobile and web platforms. You will work directly with founders and engineers to translate complex ideas into intuitive, high-converting interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Design: Own the full design lifecycle, from user research and personas to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma to ensure brand consistency across all touch-points.
User Advocacy: Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve retention.
Marketing Support: Create visually compelling assets for social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools like Proto.io or Framer.
AI Integration: Experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI) for rapid concepting and workflow optimization is highly valued in 2026.
Mobile-First Mindset: Strong understanding of iOS/Android design guidelines and responsive web principles.
Technical Fluency: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a major plus to bridge the gap with engineering.
